This is funny it kind of tells the basics of the story of the play, well just watch it, it's funny anyway oh yeah it does kind of miss out a part of the play which is first part of act 4 scene 1. lasts about 4 mins he is just messing on like.

But, it still gives a good outline of the play in a wierd way. I was researching about what was going on when my play was writen and I already knew that there were no female actors, and they would use young boys, but most of them died because of the make up being lead based which I did not know.

hmmm... so on wednesday we had an hour to learn our monologues. I actully rembered it all but when I got up to do it I was not feeling well, got nervous and forgot it all, well that is like me but I did get feedback so I guess it was good.
The feedback was to be stronger when I do it and that I was great at the start but then got worse onwards, and had to finish the end of lines and not make them go nowhere, so I now need to get better and make sure I can rember all my lines on stage, once I do that I can probably start making my monologue better.

while looking for a scene I was doing relating to my monologue I  found this video of some people trying to change the words into something people would understand, but I found it more difficult to understand  than shakespeare's dialogue. Half the words seemed to change to something that had nothing to do with anything.

There where a few things I noticed that were wrong about Orebon's monologue

1. Who is he talking too? thought he was supposed to be telling this to puck?  Noticed puck did not come on when he was should have come on  lol....
2. why is he saying the flowers are crying because there on Bottoms head, but he is supposed to be talking about Titania not Bottom
3. I'm pretty sure there adding in words
4. They have shorted  loads of lines
5. Truthfully they have done a good job modenising it but the way Orebon talks does not seem very good and half the words do not sound right together

In this they do act 4 scene 1 this where my monologue  is from and is also the scene I'm doing while watching. I thought it was a really good idea what they do in it, I mean the way TITANIA wakes up is good, how she says the line and laughs until Oberon shows her 'Bottom' and they way she does it seems real I have to admit as well but after that I noticed he skips a few lines

was working on monologue today

Was working on my monologue and got into a group of four and each of us explained what their monologue was about and how we were doing and how to modenise it to make it easier to undersand. I tried to read it without the script and if I get stuck I say the line I forgot over and over again this helps me, someone else writes it down and another splits it up, after this we said what our characters are like,  mine is Oberen and I find him to be a bit bossy and wanting his own way, he also gets angry and does whatever he likes to get what he wants. We then all did our monologue in front of everyone else and got feedback, mine was my speaking,  I could not get my tongue around the words and I know i need more Confidence since I was nerves and forgot the words and had to read from a script.

Yesterday I got my scene I was going to be doing  it with other people I'm getting on with on it this is a scene from Midsummer Nights Dream it is act 4 scene 1 where Bottom is getting served by the fairies and then when they fall a sleep, Oboran undoes the spell and makes up with Titania. if you have not seen A Midsummers Night Dream then watch these videos on the link it gives you a word but there a videos down the right hand side there are 10 of them.  Today we did a bit more on our scene and the monologue I'm doing in the same scene when Oboran is telling puck what he was doing and feeling like.
